6. CVRE Data Handling

Our Cross-Vertical Resonance Engine processes anonymized, aggregated atmospheric and behavioral signals. No personally identifiable information enters the CVRE algorithm. Venue IoT data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, or as required by law. Marketing communications data retained until opt-out. Project data retained for contract duration + 7 years.
